A week back, I came across a mail in the bits2bschool forum wherein a certain Pritwiraj Moulik (III year student at BITS Pilani) had requested financial assistance to attend the American Society of Civil Engineers’ GeoCongress 2008 at New Orleans in March 2008. Apparently, he is the only undergraduate from the entire world to get a paper accepted at the conference.
